Here are the dates and location for the 2nd North American meet n greet (nassir 2)to be held in Montrose ,Colorado..
Dates ..15th ,16th 17th Sept .2009
Location ..Montrose,Colorado.USA
The main days of the rally are 15, 16, 17, so we'll have activities planned for all three of those days. Please check your reservations, and plan accordingly.
In order to take full advantage, you should plan to arrive 14th and leave 18th, if possible.
The hotels mentioned below are the best 3 on the strip ,some of the others are not good ,so try and stick with the three mentioned below ..
BEST WESTERN may have some rooms left .as of today 10th Dec they have 5 rooms left for the dates needed .
Regarding Best Western reservations, sandiegobrass sez.." If you book 14, 15, 16 online as one reservation you get the low rate.. then book the 17th as a second reservation.. you pay an extra $20 for that one night, but can get the previous for $77. "

These two motels are nice, also, and both are within a block of Best Western and the campground:
Comfort Inn has plenty of rooms at 59.95 if we get 15 or more, 69.95 for less than 15. They have pool, jacuzzi, computer in lobby. ph 970 240 8000
America's Best Value, (Being remodeled and will be Days Inn as of December) has rooms for $72. It is being remodeled, and is looking very nice. Continental breakfast, pool, jacuzzi, gas grill Ph 970 249 4507

Camping is at Cedar Crk RV Park, which is adjacent to Best Western, and close to other motels. Full info is on separate thread due to volume. Rates are $8 per person for tents, 20% off regular rate for RVs and trailers.

If Cedar Creek reaches capacity, I'll arrange other options. I think we should be OK there for RVs, etc. If tenters begin to run over, I think there is an area at Best Western we can put tents, and use Cedar Crk showers, etc.
At all places, mention NASSIR2 for the rate.
